Finance Specialist - Customer bonus Job Description **Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact in a global finance team?** **What is the job about?** We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance Specialist in Customer bonus. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence in customer bonus management, ensuring that our processes are not only accurate and timely but also centralized and standardized for efficiency and compliance. **Your main responsibilities:** + Deliver bonus agreements credit note/final settlement in accordance with agreement timing + Deliver accurate and timely monthly/year-end customer Bonuses Reporting + Drive collaboration with Sales team to ensure accuracy and update of bonus accruals + Owner of balance sheet accounts for customer bonus ensuring these are reconciled + Driving optimization and cost effectiveness related to standardized, automated and simplified global customer bonus processes. + Ensuring compliance standards for customer bonus agreements and process are meeting accounting principals and internal control requirements. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field + Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a Corporate Finance role. + In depth knowledge of SAP software, intermediate Excel knowledge + Proficiency in English is required and communicational level in a major European language is an advantage + Strong, organized personality with ability to do the prioritization in the daily work + Flexibility and good change management **What’s in it for you?** Here at Grundfos it’s our mission to help you develop and fulfil your ambitions, both career and personal.
