The Finance Specialist will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting.

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

New customer set-up by reviewing supporting documentation from contracts team and customer MDM both in Oracle & Quest legacy ERP (MASS500) for all Quest entities.New supplier setup in Quest legacy ERP (MASS500) for Middle East & Europe region and ensuring Baker Hughes policies are in place.Prompt set up of commercial projects in Oracle & Quest legacy ERP (MASS500) and reviewing Purchase Orders and any other supporting documentation provided by sales team for all Quest locations.Supporting Quest billing team with any questions regarding project funding, cost and task(s) set up for all projects in Oracle and Quest legacy ERP (MASS500).Review of projects in both Oracle & Quest legacy ERP (MASS500) and ensuring prompt closure of each.Assisting project managers with questions on project setup, timelines, tasks, and setting up budgets.Providing project support & maintenance on project setup in Oracle Pascal and collaborate with Baker Hughes project setup team to execute setup and invoicing.Proficiency in project modules within various systems simultaneously such as Oracle NEO, Oracle Pascal, and Quest legacy ERP (MASS500).Providing project setup in implementation of Oracle for various Quest entities.Reviewing projects entered in Salesforce (Quest CRM) and ensuring proper upload of purchase orders, sales contracts and any other required supporting documentation.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Be able to understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process MapsBe proficient in project modules within various systems such as Oracle NEO, Oracle Pascal, and Quest legacy ERP (MASS500).
