The role will be responsible in preparing journal entries, Intercompany Reconciliations, Audit requirements , and Other reporting requirements for Regional Office. The role is expected to coordinate directly with her assigned business units and Regional Controllers in answering queries and resolving concerns as arise. The role will also be responsible is assisting the manager in performing ad-hoc tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
Journal Entries preparation including Intercompany transactions with Asia Business Units and Regional Office
Assist the Regional Controller & MBPS Manager in Annual Audit Exercise of Regional Office, that includes providing audit confirmation to EY as to Intercompany balances with Asia BU.
Prepare Intercompany reconciliation for assigned business units and coordinate with Asia Business Units in resolving variances
Directly coordinate with assigned Asia Business Units & Regional Controllers in providing needed supporting documents, answering queries and resolving concerns as arise.
Responsible in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements.
Assist the Manager in performing ad-hoc tasks
Required Qualifications:
3 years and up related work experience
MS Office (excel, pdf, ppt, power BI)
Must be graduate of Finance course, accounting is an advantage
CPA is an advantage
