You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play a role in executing financial performance and executing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions. Key Responsibilities + **Data Analysis and Insight Generation** : Uses financial and operational data to analyze trends and financial impact providing meaningful operational performance insight that helps the business execute on operational commitments and meet financial targets. + **Business Acumen and Model Understanding** : Demonstrates a high degree of business acumen and is able to quickly grasp the BA Products business model: This includes understanding key business drivers to help drive the stabilization and growth agenda. + **Investment and Financial Evaluation** : Provides input to the business to evaluate investments: This includes driving orders negotiation and payment terms to maximize operating income and cash flow. + **Growth Opportunity Assessment** : Evaluates growth opportunity with the business leadership, includes country and services specific strategies to support business expansion. + **Financial Advocacy and Compliance** : Plays the role of financial adviser and business advocate, involves maintaining compliance with financial controls, policies, and principles while providing sound financial guidance. + **Profitability Analysis and Planning** : Analyzes and interprets business profitability and leading indicators including product margin analysis and country specific growth, leading the AOP planning process for a region and the monthly financial review. + **Cash Flow Management** : Reviews working capital and drives cash flow improvement initiatives for the region directing analysis of receivables, payables, POs, and vendor balances to enhance financial efficiency. + **C2C Efficiency Initiatives** : Performs additional ad-hoc analysis as required to drive C2C efficiency, including includes interacting with the WC lead on cash calls and setting WC targets for the region. + **Accounting Compliance Oversight** : Reviews general accounting activities and ensures books are closed in compliance with accounting rules and policies while maintaining a robust internal controls environment. + **Sales Data Analysis** : Collects, organizes, and interprets sales data and aims to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth. + **Forecasting and Reporting** : Develops sales forecasts and performance reports for various regions and product lines: This **WE VALUE** + Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. + Detail Orientation + Good analytical skills. + Ability to Prioritize and coordinate multiple tas + Ability to work well under pressure.
