Join us! **Job Profile Summary:** This job is responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance. **Additional Information:** CFO Data Management Traded Products - Derivatives Focus Subject Matter Expert. The position will require extensive ad hoc research and commentary for outliers impacting regulatory reporting. Successful candidates will partner with Technology and the LOBs to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identify data gaps, and work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. Works under minimal supervision on enterprise-wide projects requiring creative solutions. **Responsibilities:** + Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set + Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship + Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform + Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform + Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents **Additional Responsibilities:** + Manages current state assessment of legacy data across legacy systems with an eye towards migration to strategic target state. + Performs attribute recons for derivatives and collateral positions across multiple platforms and products. + Liaises with Treasury LOBs and Technology Teams to provide commentary of material differences. + Works with internal business lines to support ongoing initiative work and ad hoc research requests. + Tests new data populations as they are added to the reporting database. + Enhances existing controls to address changes to data populations. + Assists in development of strategy / approach for Data Management Process Documentation project. + Supports ad hoc initiatives and projects for CFO Data Management. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of experience of data analysis, testing data integrity and implementing controls. + Advanced Excel or SQL skills. + Extensive knowledge of derivatives (OTC, Cleared and ETD). + Ability to understand and explain PNL movements and substantiate data to the Balance Sheet / General Ledger. + Experience with providing supporting for regulatory reporting, submitting data for senior level management reporting, or similar types of reporting. + Innovative team player who can generate new and creative ideas to complex problems. + Being curious and thoughtful.
