Finance Administrator with Thales Australia, your primary focus will be to assist with general financial, IT and admin duties within the IT business function in Sydney, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage all purchase requisitions for the IT team ensuring maximum accuracy at all times and in line with compliance proceduresCommunicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to obtain quotes and address any queries, including regular communications with Thales FranceOperate the invoicing system to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely mannerAssist in generating monthly financial reports, including detailed reporting on all work requestsYour Skills:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
Australian citizenshipProven experience in IT or Finance administrationA high level of attention to detailStrong computer literacyThe desire to assist other teams outside your immediate/daily scopeA proven track record in vendor management with excellent verbal and written communication skillsWe Encourage You to Apply:
