Designs specific tower plans and executes change initiatives and activities for projects. Oversee and drive various global initiatives.** **This role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the system, and working with technical teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions that align with organizational needs.** **What You Will Do:** + Be a key member of the Solution Deployment Team for ERP financial modules, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline. + Support the design of specific project plans, including timelines, tasks, and key milestones. + Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify necessary customizations or process changes. + Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and validate business requirements. + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating financial needs into system functionalities. + Engage with internal clients and end-users to ensure project deliverables align with business goals. + Support technology implementation, overseeing configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization efforts. + Monitor the progress of technology teams and coordinate as necessary. + Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following Systems Integration Testing (SIT). + Assist in end-user training, including preparation of training materials and delivery of training sessions. + Provide go-live and Hypercare support activities for end users. + Perform other duties as assigned. **What You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. + Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM & Coupa Systems, particularly in modules like Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, Revenue Recognition). Familiarity with additional finance processes (AP, GL, Financial Reporting) is a plus. + Minimum of 2 project lifecycles experience, including design, build, testing, and post-implementation support. + Strong understanding of PTP processes (Vendor Setup, Purchase Orders, AP Invoice processing, AP Payment and reconciliation, VAT, and Withholding Tax in AP). + Knowledge of accounting principles, including US and local GAAP specifics. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide efficient and reliable service to customers. + Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in ERP implementations, with hands-on experience in at least 2 finance domain projects. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
