Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or closely related field plus 3 years of related experience. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable. Required experience must include 3 years in the following specific areas:
Experience working in an international matrixed organization with a deep understanding of business unit, global shared services, and corporate functions and their integration touch points;End-to-end order to cash cycle both virtually and in business practice;End-to-end procure to payment cycle both virtually and in business practice;Identifying and effectuating processes for automation and efficiency gains;Re-engineering concepts for improvement of business processes and control orientation;Project management involving multiple departments and business units;SAP;Data cleansing and / or master data maintenance related to customers, materials, and vendors; andAccounts receivable experience related to collections, cash application, credit limits, and customer credits.
Required experience must also include 2 years of experience in the following areas:BI Enterprise Reporting and SAP ECC;GAAP accounting; andMicrosoft Office software including Power applications and G/L software programs.
This position is hybrid. The individual can work from home 1 day/week and is required to be in the office 4 days/week.

Mettler Toledo LLC dba Product Inspection Division (PIUS) is seeking a Finance Process Manager for its Lutz, FL location. The PIUS Finance Process Manager is responsible for supporting the PIUS Head of Finance, PIUS-MO Controller, and PIUS-PO Controller in driving key projects, process improvements, automation, and important data and process monitoring. This generally includes the following key areas:
Essential Duties:
Analyzes and implements improvements for Finance processes, reports, and data collections w/ understanding of E2E cross-functional effects.Lead the finance team towards greater automation as it pertains to repetitive processes and analyses through the use of RPAs and Power Application functions.Monitors health of master data related to inventory and accounts receivable and deploys / ensures corrective actions where necessary.Work with order management teams to optimize processes with a bias towards customer payment.Managerial liaison for global financial shared service centers related to AP, vendor, AR, order entry, service contracts, and cash exercises and troubleshooting.Finance liaison to procurement for processing of direct materials, indirect spend, and capital investments.Calculate and monitor excess and obsolete inventories with subsequent follow up on process improvement and countermeasures with operations colleagues.Provide key financial reporting and validation on sales order stock, work in process inventory, and customer returns.Monitors and analyzes key freight trends and builds efficiencies into the AP administration.Identifies and implements opportunities to lower costs.Supports ad hoc requests as needed.What You Need to SucceedEducation/Experience Requirements:Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or closely related field plus 3 years of related experience.
