Job Summary:
Provides essential support to the finance team through banking coordination, compliance reporting, corporate documentation, and ongoing assistance with special projects. This role ensures that both internal and regulatory requirements—such as INEGI and REPSE compliance—are met through accurate documentation, effective communication, and organized administrative support.
Plans, leads, monitors and coordinates activities related to finance and business projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a finance or corporate environment.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience with process documentation or quality assurance systems.What We Offer:
