Job Summary:

Provides essential support to the finance team through banking coordination, compliance reporting, corporate documentation, and ongoing assistance with special projects. This role ensures that both internal and regulatory requirements—such as INEGI and REPSE compliance—are met through accurate documentation, effective communication, and organized administrative support.

Plans, leads, monitors and coordinates activities related to finance and business projects.


Principal Responsibilities:

Using project management principals, theories, techniques and tools, manages time, schedules, quality, procurement, communication, and risk.Directs and coordinates activities of assigned project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule. Provides leadership of project team members throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinates activities and works collaboratively with all stakeholders across departments.Facilitates meetings to discuss issues and implementation strategies and solicit alternative points of view. Facilitates problem-solving; and decision-making.Formulates conclusions, recommendations and develops options. Effectively presents and justifies findings and recommendations to management and customers, as appropriate, to gain approval.May manage projects and programs that cross multiple departments/regions throughout the company.May manage vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between vendors and project team members and leadership. May manage vendors including cost, quality, and schedules.Identifies, manages and mitigates issues and risks.Assist in drafting, updating, and verifying the completeness of work instructions and internal process documentation.Provide ongoing administrative and documentation support for finance-related special projects, which are regularly active and varied in scope.Other duties as assigned.


Job Level Specifications:

Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards, acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.Develops solutions to defined tasks, typical assignments and projects. May be solved by the application of specialized foundational knowledge, using existing approaches and solutions.Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Receives initial direction although work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality.Collaborates with immediate management and team members within the department or function.Actions typically affect own work assignments and department. Erroneous decisions or failure to accomplish work may require some assistance or resources to remedy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a finance or corporate environment.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience with process documentation or quality assurance systems.
