Support with recording outgoing payments in the banking system.
Accounts Receivable Support:
Assist with the accounts receivable process, including tracking incoming payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
Be a point of contact for customer billing queries and help resolve issues with support from the Finance Business Partner.
Tax and Compliance Coordination:
Work with the Finance Business Partner and external tax advisors to help prepare documents and track deadlines for tax filings.
Assist with keeping our records up to date to meet local tax and compliance requirements.
Expense & Credit Card Administration:
Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring they follow internal policies.
Help with monthly corporate credit card reconciliation and reporting.
Team Collaboration:
Work with local teams across EMEA to support them with finance-related questions or processes.
Share helpful reminders, templates, or guidance to make processes smoother for everyone.
Process Support & Improvements:
Suggest small improvements to make everyday finance tasks more efficient.
Take part in finance projects or process updates that help the team stay organized and effective.
What Experience We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Eager to begin their professional career.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with non-finance departments (Sales, HR, operations, etc.).
Proficiency with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
Experience working with multiple currencies will be highly regarded, as you will be managing transactions across various markets and currencies within the EMEA region.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with both finance and non-finance teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Who You Are:
Proactive and results-oriented with a desire to build strong relationships across the business.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
High degree of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data.
Able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Dutch.
