We’re hiring a Finance Operations Director to take on a key leadership role within our North European Clusters. You’ll lead a team of 10+ finance professionals based across France, the UK, and Belgium, and report directly to the Regional Finance Operations Director EU & APAC / VP Finance for EU & APAC. Key responsibilities are to keep our finance operations running smoothly and compliantly across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, and Treasury, while also shaping the way we work through smarter processes and system improvements. You'll ensure alignment with both statutory and US GAAP accounting standards, support internal and external audits, and play a central role in building a high performing, motivated team.
