Work you’ll do
As Associate VP, Product Management within Deloitte’s Finance Operate offering, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative managed services and digital solutions that transform the finance function for our clients. You will work at the intersection of product development, client delivery, and operational excellence—ensuring our Finance Operate products, including our Accelsior platform (Cascade Suite and Surveillance Suite) and services deliver measurable value, scalability, and a superior client experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, operations, sales, and client service—to evolve our offerings/products and maintain Deloitte’s leadership in the finance managed services market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Finance Operate and Accelsior products, including managed finance operations, digital platforms, and automation solutions. Align product strategy with client needs, market trends, and Deloitte’s broader Finance Transformation objectives. Solution Development:
Lead the design and enhancement of Finance Operate offerings, leveraging technology, process innovation, and domain expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across operational finance, accounting, tax, and reporting. Client-Centric Product Management:
Gather and analyze client feedback, industry insights, and usage data to inform product features, enhancements, and new service development. Ensure offerings address evolving CFO and finance team challenges. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with technology, delivery, and advisory teams to ensure seamless integration of product features into client engagements and ongoing operations. Serve as the product champion for internal and external stakeholders. Operational Excellence:
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Finance Operate products, ensuring high standards for quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Drive automation and process optimization initiatives. Go-to-Market Support:
Partner with business development and marketing teams to position Finance Operate offerings in the market, conduct product demonstrations, support sales pursuits, and articulate value propositions to clients. Performance Measurement:
Define and track key product metrics (KPIs), client outcomes, and operational performance. Use data-driven insights to refine offerings and drive continuous improvement. Team Development:
Mentor and develop junior product managers and delivery team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience in product management, finance operations, or advisory roles Proficiency in MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word Experience in evaluating business processes, understanding client needs, identifying improvements, and gathering and documenting requirements in a financial service setting. Experience in conducting interviews to gather requirements/feedback through workshops, storyboarding, use-case documentation, and other methods. Experience in leveraging Excel calculations and models around financial data. Experience with investment managers (traditional, alternatives, wealth, and/or real estate). Experience working with various software applications such as Yardi, ARC, Geneva, Investran, or similar Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Systems or Accounting Experience with ticketing/tracking systems (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Service Now). Familiarity with databases and basic queries using SQL.
