Role Overview
The Financial Officer is a pivotal member of the Finance and Administration team, performing the regular accounting tasks essential to the good financial order of an organization. This role includes processing a variety of financial transactions and maintain accounting records – including the general ledger, invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, accounts reconciliation and administration tasks etc.

Sending Vendor invoices to SSC (Shared Service Center)Reconcile/review Vendor accounts regularlyVendor master data managementOther Accounts Payable issue solvingManage Accounts Receivable accounts with SSCActively contact customers to resolve collection issuesReconciliation and investigation of payment discrepanciesCustomer master data managementGeneral ledger reconciliation with SSCMonth-end journals and review with SSC and Finance teamAssist with external and internal auditsOther ad-hoc tasks and project support in FinanceSupport Supply Chain team by maintaining Landed Cost, Intercompany pricing file etcVarious office admin tasks to support other teams and FinanceQualified candidates will have:
