Job DescriptionReporting directly to CFO of Division U, the Finance Manager - Special Projects will serve as a key liaison with our European Controller to implement best “performance reporting” practices across the division and investigate opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and integrate data analytics into financial processes.
What you can look forward to being a Finance Manager:
Support SAP implementations and standardize cost center structure across plants. Assist with tariff reporting and measurement. Monitor key profit and cash measures for current year and Strategic Plan Period. Support SGA reporting and compliance. Liaison with AME team to validate Investments forecast. Provide profitability team with interim support on Investment Approval Process. Support integration of UW / XA into broader finance organization. LRD – transition from external resource.
Your Profile as a Finance Manager:
8-10 years of relevant accounting/finance function experience. Self-starter mentality with an eye for attention to detail, and an ability to analyze, organize activities and meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills, as the position required manipulation of large quantities of data Problem solving; Proven interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of modern quantitative and qualitative financial analysis techniques Experience in one or more accounting/finance functions; ERP system experience.
