DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Finance Manager – Indirect Costs (Controlling) to play a vital role in our new structure

\n

You will manage the running of a controlled and efficient team within Indirect Overheads Controlling. Working within DPDHL guidelines to ensure your team complete all processes accurately and on time, and in an environment of continuous improvement. You will support the Indirect functions, working alongside non-finance senior team members to ensure reporting of performance and business partnering are delivered to a high standard, whilst also maintaining adequate controls, accuracy and efficiency for that function.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nManage month-end processes and reporting results to multiple stakeholders\nPrepare budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances to budgets / forecasts\nManage Indirect functions and development of wider Finance team\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure best practice\nWork closely with Functional leads and Cost Centre Managers in understanding key cost drivers\nProvide appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions\nReview key risks and identifying potential risks\nEnsure financial controls are robust and fit for purpose\nSupport the Financial / Commercial teams\n\n
