This is your chance to dive into the numbers that drive our business. You'll play a pivotal role in sculpting the financial landscape of our plant, warehouse, and procurement operations. Bring your analytical prowess, exert influence on budgets, and sculpt cost-saving projects. If you thrive in an environment where your analytical skills have a direct impact on operational productivity, welcome to a role that values your insight and encourages your growth. **Your responsibilities** + Steer financial reporting, general ledger accounting process + Manage chart of accounts creation and maintenance + Control accounting periodic end closing and financial statement creation + Steer accounting treatment on payroll accounting, FX accounting, treasury accounting etc. + Steer payable accounting process, including contract payment term review, vendor code creation, vendor payment proposal, vendor accounts reconciliation etc. + Control AP aging solving any overdue issues + Review /Prepare B/S Review package + Review /Prepare PRC report for monthly local requirement + Conduct tax filing on regular basis + Communicate and cooperate with CHQ on functional cost control & Project progress tracking + Annual plan and Quarterly forecasting of NWC miscellaneous items. + Coordinate with tax team and business for the new tax policies/regulations implementation in business. **The experience we're looking for** + Organized, strong business acumen, with solid accounting and control knowledge + Independent, self-motivated and able to adapt to changes + Ability to build cross function collaboration + Willing to take ownership and challenge status + 6+ Years above related working experience in MNC + Team management skill & experience **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
