The Myton Food Group, the Morrisons manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to provide critical finance support to our Manufacturing business area - working closely with the central and divisional Commercial teams, this role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across the Myton Food Group.
This role will involve:
Leadership of our pricing and costing approach
Providing insight and analysis on our customer and category performance
Developing commercial agreements with existing and new customers
This role will report to the Head of Finance, but also closely with the broader Central and Site Finance teams as key partners and stakeholders. The individual will also be business partnering with the Head of Sales and would be expected to work collaboratively with Morrisons stakeholders to strengthen relationships and processes.
About youA professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent
Knowledge of financial and management accounting
Attention to detail
An ability to deliver in a complex, fast paced environment
Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google sheets skills
Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way
Resilience and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle
Experience of stakeholder management
Experience of having to prioritise to meet deadlines
