Finance Manager - Franchise
Job Requirements

Manage all financial and accounting activities for Curio Hotel, including Rooms, four F&B outlets plus tour operators and leases for commercial space. Oversee team of 5 finance and accounting team members plus 4 purchasing and storeroom team members. Prepare annual budgets, provide weekly flash reporting on profitability and budget/actuals, prepare all local taxes and manage bi-weekly payroll. Provide oversight of cash flow reporting and treasury functions with multiple banks in multiple currencies.



Work Experience

Hilton hotel experience is REQUIRED, with Opera Property Management System, and hosted Quickbooks software. Training for country and local reporting requirements will be provided by the Hotel
