Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionalsOversee all financial accounting processes:Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General LedgerTreasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reportingManage the financial aspects of payroll processesEnsure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closingManage internal and external AuditsAct as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the USEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsDrive process optimization and implement new financial proceduresSupport cross-functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)3+ years of managerial experience in finance teamsUniversity degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related fieldStrong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlinesShown leadership and team collaboration abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProcess improvement mentality and multitasking capabilityFluent in German and English (spoken and written)Proactive, flexible, and highly motivatedProficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint
