Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Finance Manager to lead the financial and accounting operations of our client’s organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial governance within a dynamic and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the local financial and accounting function, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal group policies. Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business objectives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to local and international management, enabling clear insight into financial performance. Optimize financial processes and cash flow management, focusing on operational efficiency and cost control. Supervise the finance team, ensuring professional development and alignment with company performance standards. Manage relationships with tax authorities, external auditors, and financial institutions to maintain compliance and transparency. Actively participate in strategic projects (e.g., investments, due diligence, financial digitalization), offering analytical and financial decision support. Candidate Profile University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or international environment. Advanced knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and reporting standards (local and international). Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
