Act as the main contact with key customers: World Area, Business Unit, shared service, and strategic business unit with regards to financial expectations and results. **IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:** + Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly review processes for the plant. + Ensure accuracy of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with Emerson policies. + Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory controls. + Provide financial insight to plant leadership, evaluating performance, capital projects, and business risks. + Act as key liaison between plant, World Area, Business Unit, and shared services on financial matters. + Foster collaboration across teams and support continuous improvement in financial operations and decision-making. **WHO YOU ARE:** You are decisive and make high-quality decisions, even when based on incomplete information or in the face of uncertainty.
