Edwards Lifesciences is growing and our Finance Manager position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.  This role will sit within the Innovalve team, as part of Edwards’ transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies (TMTT) product group. Innovalve Bio Medical Ltd. was acquired by Edwards in July 2024, enhancing the company’s transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) technologies to address large unmet structural heart patient needs and support sustainable long-term growth.   

How you will make an impact: 

Supporting and managing a spectrum of finance functions including but not limited to maintenance of full set of accounts, tax filings, treasury, analysis of performance, Payroll and related. Preparing monthly financial reports (Actual, Forecast) for operational and corporate purposes as part of a multi-national group.

Work closely with other departments & provide professional advice on financial related matters. Provides high quality financial information needed to effectively drive the business.

Takes decisions, has strong exposure in controlling activities in the company, acts as trusted finance business partner in all finance related areas.

What is your day-to-day going to look like? (Accountabilities)

Month-End Close and Reporting 

Budget management

Responsible for Bookkeeping and Accounting activities

Accounts Payables (AP) management

POC to Purchasing dep.

Banks management

Fixed assets and Lease accounting

Payroll & related POC

Intercompany transactions

Key partner to external and internal audits

What you’ll need: 

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Management CPA

At least 5 years of experience in Finance (a senior auditor from one of the Big4 accounting firms is applicable)

Employees Management - Preferred

Experience with multinational companies - Preferred

What else we look for:

Hebrew / English - able to read, comprehend, write, and speak in a very high level.

Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application; preferably PRIORITY

Understanding of general bookkeeping and accounting including A/P, A/R and Cash Flow concepts, practices, and procedures

Expert understanding of multi-relational impact if the Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash Flow Statement and how journal entries affect each statement

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and effectively persuade to drive achievement of objectives

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion  

Strict attention to details

Must be able to work in a team environment under limited supervision
