Finance Manager – Oxfordshire – 12m Fixed Term Contract
I am working with a well-regarded Financial Services company to find a talented Finance Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of funds and direct client accounts.
Working closely with fellow Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and the Finance Director, you’ll oversee financial reporting, audits, investor reporting, and process improvements.
You’ll also play a key role in enhancing client and fund performance through insight and analysis.

What you’ll do:
Manage quarterly and statutory reporting for funds and managed accountsLead fund audits and support investor tax reportingEnsure effective financial operations, controls, and banking processesSupport investment appraisal, valuations, and fundraising activityRespond to investor queries and maintain return modelsWhat you will need:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with at least 2 years’ PQEExperience in fast-paced environments, ideally with knowledge of fund financeStrong knowledge of statutory accounts, VAT and taxDetail-oriented persona with excellent Excel skillsTo be a confident communicator who learns quicklyThis is a varied, hands-on role with the chance to contribute to a dynamic and growing part of the business.
