WHAT YOU WILL DO

\n

As our Finance Manager, you will lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee all accounting and finance activities, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and provide critical insights to support business growth.

\n

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

\n\nFinancial Reporting & Management\n\nOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local standards and US GAAP.\nEnsure timely and accurate month-end closings and management reporting.\nAnalyse financial data, industry trends, and company performance to support strategic decisions.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.\nAlign local GL accounts with HFM codes and manage submissions through financial reporting systems.\n\n\nCash Flow Management\n\nMonitor daily cash operations and optimise working capital.\nRecommend strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.\n\n\nCompliance & Auditing\n\nEnsure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\nLead audit planning, execution, and reporting.\nStay current with regulatory changes and ensure company-wide compliance.\n\n\nFinancial Systems & Process Improvement\n\nDraft and review financial policies to strengthen internal controls.\nContinuously improve financial systems and reporting accuracy.\nLeverage technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.\n\n\nLeadership & Team Development\n\nLead, mentor, and grow the finance team in a collaborative environment.\nOversee recruitment, training, and performance development.\nPartner with cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives\n\n\n

To be successful in this role, YOU will bring:

\n\nA degree in Accounting or a related field.\n15+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and controllership roles.\nExperience working in joint venture or complex ownership structures (preferred).\nStrong experience with HFM and financial reporting systems.\nAdvanced Excel skills and a tech-savvy mindset.\nProven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience engaging with minority shareholders and/or Boards of Directors.\nHigh integrity, resilience, and a strategic mindset\n
