You can learn more about us at https://cyberadvisors.com/ Roles and Responsibilities + Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. + Delivering analytical support by partnering with business leaders to develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting. + Collaborating across departments to gather and analyze data for financial reporting. + Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management. + Identifying trends, variances, and KPIs to provide actionable recommendations. + Analyzing cost structures and recommending cost-savings to enhance profitability. + Supporting the implementation of financial planning and analysis tools and systems. + Conducting ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives. + Analyzing pricing structures for profitability + Assist with the integration of current and future acquisitions. + Participating in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Key Criteria + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proactively identify and help implement process efficiencies. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting standards. Technical skills + Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. + Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. + Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. + Experience finding and analyzing the root cause of variances at a detailed level in order to identify impacts to future periods. + Experience with financial planning and analysis software (ex: Power BI). Qualifications + Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. + Demonstrated ability to drive budgeting/forecasting processes. + Strong communication skills with ability to influence at all levels + High attention to detail + Experience in the technology and/or technology services industries is preferred. Education and certifications + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
