The primary focus of this position is to support the business unit through financial analysis and operating model development that will critically analyze various initiatives and make recommendations to senior management. The role works across multiple areas.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide financial and business reviews including safeguarding of the accounting operations performed by the team,Collaborate with other finance teams to spearhead and understand the business process and requirements,Possess advanced business and technical skillset to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,Provide guidance, coaching and technical training to junior team members on building financial and analytical skillsets, Oversee the optimization of current process using the technology tools,Maintain the strong partnership with various Global Finance COE teams to support global-wide automation solution,Demonstrate and provide guidance on using new technology to finance to cultivate tech savvy personnel and improve overall finance owned processes.Required Qualifications:
• Required level of education -Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or advanced degree highly preferred
• 6 to 8 years of related experience including solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting, project management skills and a proven ability to collaborate across functions within an organization
• Required years of experience – 6-12 years of financial analysis experience working at a senior level
Preferred Qualifications:
• Specific experience required – used to working with senior management, Boards and legal departments
• Technical Skills - Proficiency in analysis and modeling
• Communication skills - Strong verbal and written skills, ability to present to large groups.
• Experience working in financial institutions in a financial accounting, analysis/consulting role
• Strong computer skills and an expert proficiency using MS a must
• Ability to effectively translate business process steps to technology use cases and requirements
• Lead by example and build a reputation as a pragmatic problem solver who collaborates in a constructive manner to create iterative improvements for operational efficiencies within the position and across the broader organization. Enable decision making by effectively analyzing business drivers and constraints and present alternative solutions to address problems and opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to analyze data in a meaningful way.
• Able to effectively articulate issues and trends to management.

• Demonstrates ability to coordinate complex process and projects.
• Possess ability to create complex financial models.
• Possesses strong ability to draft financial reporting narratives.
