YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Manager on our team, you’ll:

Manage the financial affairs of the companyAssist European Finance and Country Directors in identifying country financial objectivesEnsure the execution of finance in full compliance with legislation and company regulationsTeach/Coach Country and Plant Staff required financial knowledgeDevelop and maintain the company business planImplement and maintain budget control (Expense and Capital)Coordinate collection and analysis of operational dataPerform financial analysis and monitoring company resultsSupervise reporting to headquartersProvide consultative and advisory assistance to the management on financial analysisDesign and provide specific reports and analyses for the operational managementStreamline financial and accounting processesDesign and implement operating proceduresCooperate with the local authorities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Higher education in management (Business Management, Economics, Finance)Accounting/ Financial reporting knowledge (Hungary statutory, USGAAP)Experience in Finance leadership role (2 years or more)Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Office)SAP knowledgeVery good knowledge of ExcelGood level of English, spoken and writtenOrganizational capacityPressure resistance capacityAbility to be results-orientedAbility to take initiative and solve problemsAbility to lead a team/ work in a team.
