Finance Manager, Northlake Manufacturing
Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Northlake, IL Manufacturing operation. This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and support our vision to “Be the Best Beverage Business in the Americas”.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Partnering:Develop and leverage relationships with Operations and corporate functions to achieve manufacturing and related finance KPI’s and goalsDevelop and implement business plans aligned with enterprise strategyProvide leadership with a physical presence on the production floor, driving continuous improvementBe a trusted advisor and expert to the Site Director and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholdersDecision Support:Use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies play out in the market to guide actionsArticulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniquesUse business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision makingFormulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goalsBudget/Forecasting/Action Planning:Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecastPrioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver results with a high degree of predictabilityAnalyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supplyCoordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activitiesAdministrative Activities/Career Development:Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to managementEnsure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, accounting standards and proceduresParticipate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain FinanceKey Competencies:

Salary Range: $91,300 - $145,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, MBA preferredStrong financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership5+ years’ experience, preferably experience performing manufacturing analysis and/or prior management experienceSAP experience preferred, advanced Excel skills requiredBI experience a plus (MicroStrategy, PA etc.)Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
