The role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our CH Central Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the legal entity and accounting function for CCAP CH, managing the financial statements, audit, and tax filings as well as collaborating with Business Process Offices on transactional accounting and process improvement. This role reports into the CH Central Accounting Finance Director and collaborates closely with the CH Central Accounting team, the CCAP CFO and CCAP FP&A/Controlling team. Key responsibilities Legal Entity and Accounting Ownership: Oversee all accounting operations for the CCAP legal entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgerOversee intercompany transactions and manage cash and treasury activitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial records and statementsTransactional Accounting and Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Business Process office to streamline transactional accounting processesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy and standardize processes cross-productAudit and Tax Filings: Coordinate and manage external auditsHandle legal, tax, and VAT matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and transfer pricing regulationsCorporate Structure Support in the Board of Directors meeting preparationSupport in corporate structure matters related to governance and regulatory mattersWhy work at EF?
