The Finance Manager plays a key role in safeguarding and managing sacred funds entrusted to the Church in support of its religious mission. Reporting to a Controller, this position oversees a team of finance professionals, including Accountants, Financial Analysts, Finance Supervisors, and Accounting Clerks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions. The role is accountable for maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing reconciliations, and driving both the quality and efficiency of the unit’s work, while upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
