FINANCE MANAGER (10502)
MISSION

To develop and implement a strategy for the region / country under his/her responsibility, aligned with Finance's strategic lines to achieve Ficosa's short and long-term profitability and sustainability goals, maintaining Ficosa’s values, culture, policies and procedures.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS Work closely with various departments to ensure that financial goals are in aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives. Continuously track and analyze the company’s financial performance, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. Supervise the accurate preparation and timely submission of all financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions, to ensure alignment with financial and regulatory standards. Prepare and manage the weekly treasury forecast, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity management. Organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparing notices and agendas, obtaining consent for shorter notice periods, and facilitating meetings via video conferencing when necessary. · Keep Board Members and investors informed of necessary compliance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all obligations. Oversee and ensure the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) -related activities in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with various functions to prepare compliance certificates, ensuring adherence to statutory and internal compliance obligations as outlined in the Shareholders' Agreement (SHA). Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks within the Legal Compliance Management Module, guaranteeing full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Promote, create and develop Finance and SOX policies. Prepare and manage Ficosa's Budget and other financial measures to ensure they are carried out. Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto. Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department. Academic background: Bachelor’s degree, mainly in finance /business administration

Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years at multinational companies, managing the same areas in complex situations

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training: MBA or specialized master's degree in financial / tax area would be of additional value
