As a Financial Services Manager I, Supply Chain with The Coca-Cola Company, you'll help us transform our business. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the management, implementation, and execution of the Engineering Capital and OPEX budget. You'll work closely with Coca-Cola engineers, Plant leaders, and Capital Finance team, to develop project capital submission plans, budgets, and cash flow tracking that meet our transformation goals. The qualified candidate will be solutions-oriented and will have a track record of successfully managing cash flow, along with the ability to work in teams and manage conflicting interests. **What You'll Do for Us** + Leads finance tracking aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting and implementation of new capital projects, assets under construction, and project schedules. + Collaboratives with technical teams in the execution of cash flow, and innovative solutions to track project schedules. + Execute award of critical PO's required for project execution, track expenditures, develop cost analysis, and provide issue resolution when needed. + Monthly project planning/coordination - Management of Engineering PMO + Management of OEM's & contractors within SAP - approvals and deactivations + Analyze Capital spending across BU's, manufacturing facilities, and provide a detailed overview of investments. + Manage weekly cash flow tracking communications with engineers, facilities, and NAOU ELT. + Manage Capital Project annual schedule and downtime calendar requirements for plants. + Support Annual LRP Capital development, collect information for project submissions, align on next year's capital needs with ELT, and submittal of information to KO Capital team. **Qualifications & Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in finance related areas. + 2+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company and the ability to leverage financial + analysis knowledge & provide competitive advantage. + Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions. + Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action. + Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes + Fluent in Microsoft suite software, Power BI and SAP. + Strong knowledge of Project financial analysis such as return on investment analysis and metrics. + Strong interpersonal communication skills + Ability to demonstrate strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects and direct/motivate project teams. + Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partner's expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources. **What We Can Do For You** **Purpose Driven:** Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products. **Global Connections** : Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others. **Community of Belonging:** We're an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, lets you bring your best self to work. **Skills:** Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); Continual Improvement Process; Microsoft Office; Lean Manufacturing; ISO 14001; Change Management; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Quality Control (QC); Production Management; Production Processes; Waterfall Model; Six Sigma Pay Range:$101,000 - $118,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
