The Asia Program Management Office Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager (M4) to provide program control on the Asia program in the Europe & Asia business area. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position and also help the broader team drive a key strategic capture. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. This exciting position will provide an opportunity to work on a program from the ground up, work on a unique program, perform estimates at completion, variance analyses, and utilize other metrics and tools used in the successful support of the program. **_This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be expected at the Tewksbury, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being offered._** **What You Will Do:** + Aid in establishing, analyzing and loading the initial baseline within given targets + Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems + Oversee team to ensure accurate financial forecasts/EACs are developed + Support weekly/monthly/financial forecasting and analysis + Program control including monthly variance analysis + Prepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables (CDRLs, VARs, BCRs, EACs, Review packages etc) + Support proposal efforts for a key strategic capture + Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field & 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience + Experience with Microsoft Office products + Experience with SAP, Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar financial systems **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment + Program control experience + Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team structure + Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload + Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment + Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross-functional teammates & all levels of leadership + Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
