The North America Global Functions IT team is recruiting for a Finance Manager to support the MedTech and Vision IT function team. This role is located in Titusville, NJ.

The Finance Manager will provide finance leadership and business partner support for both Operations IT and Business IT across the US and Canada for the MedTech sector, including Vision. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5, while overseeing forecasting and actuals activities, provide financial analytics and insights, and partner with IT, PMO, and JJT Finance to drive optimal investment choices and deliver financial commitments with Capital and OPEX components of spend. In addition, the manager will help lead the adoption of Project SigniFi for their team while demonstrating the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver by identifying efficiencies, challenging the status quo, applying business / financial knowledge, and driving continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide analytics and insights to Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain business partners to drive optimal investment choices, in addition to collaborating with PMO and Global Functions Finance to deliver strategic initiatives.
+ Strong business partnering skills and communications are required to manage ~$270M OPEX and ~$25M CAPEX across various Business Partners at all levels, majority being the VP/Director level
+ This position will lead a team of 1 Lead and 4 professionals (3 total direct reports). It will be expected that this manager focuses on strong people leadership through the coaching and development of each team member by clearly aligning on short term and long-term goals and by capturing and providing timely feedback
**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. A Masters/MBA degree is preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
+ A financial Certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
+ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
+ Prior people management or talent development experience is required.
+ Strong business partnering and communication skills are required.
+ Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment across all layers of the business is required. Experience working within a multinational environment is preferred.
+ This role is located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
The base pay range for this position is $100,000- $173,500
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
