We are looking for a Finance Manager, Nordics to join KONE Door Business.
As a Finance Manager you hold accountability for KONE Door Business’ financial matters across Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You’ll drive & support management team to find levers for profitable growth, ensuring margin improvement and positive cash conversion development.
We welcome you to work in a hybrid-model, location is flexible within our Nordic offices.
The key responsibilities:
Drive business performance and decision-making by providing strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholdersDevelop and support the KDB strategy implementation, specifically in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collection and working capital developmentStrategic planning at the regional management team level helping to drive top-line growth and operational efficiencyAccountable for end-to-end finance processes performanceAccountable for complete and accurate financial records of region’s legal entities, including timely audit completionEnsuring compliance within both internal policies and local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and taxationRequirements for the role:
At least 5 years of experience in Finance leadership roleBusiness acumen – proven track record of successful business partneringPreferably Master’s degree in Finance or relevant fieldExperience in working in matrix organization and with external service providersStrong communication and presentation skills, English as working languageIntegrity and prior working experience on internal controls
