As a Finance Manager in the Inbound Finance Insights, Analytics and Automation team you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and automation. This role requires exceptional technical expertise combined with deep financial acumen to architect and implement sophisticated solutions that scale across the organization. You will be the in house technical subject matter expert and data translator, influencing cross-functional partners and delivering transformational changes in how we leverage data for financial decision-making.

Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the leader for finance transformation initiatives, developing roadmaps, models and data driven solutions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving finance systems modernization and automation
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using machine learning and predictive modeling to drive strategic business decisions
- Architect scalable financial data infrastructure and automated reporting systems
- Provide thought leadership in financial planning methodologies and navigate complex, ambiguous business scenarios
- Establish and drive best practices in data governance and financial controls
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Develop innovative approaches to complex financial analysis and forecasting using Amazon data infrastructure technologies
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and automation solutions across the finance organization
- Identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction at scale
- Serve as thought leader supporting, informing and influencing decision making that support initiatives that bring efficiency and scalability to Inbound Finance.
