The Finance Manager, FP&A Overheads will primarily be responsible for managing the consolidated overheads for the North America Region including all the planning, analysis, accounting, controls and reporting aspects.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage Financial Forecasting Process (AC Replan, Sept Forecast) etc. in partnership with multiple stakeholders / budget owners
Prepare monthly/quarterly outlooks with risks and opportunities
Analyze actual results vs. forecasts and providing commentary for drivers
Explaining the drivers to the regional and global leadership along with preparing review material
Ensuring system hygiene and making sure all the systems touching overheads tie to each other and have the right numbers
Participate in various projects representing overheads in the cross functional teams
Post monthly journal entries
Document Processes and deliverables (through Process maps, flow charts etc.).
Focus on improving processes based on their assessment and take charge of implementing the changes

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science and/or Business degree in Accounting or Finance
6 or more years of experience in FP&A and Accounting
Experience with Overheads is ideal
SAP experience strongly preferred
Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred
Experience within a multinational company is preferred
Ability to deal with Ambiguity and topics with no precedence available
Agility to self-learn on topics and consult where necessary.
Ability to articulate complicated situations in a simple manner.
Experience with Oracle based retrieve systems (i.e. FIT) and SAP
Experience managing or mentoring will be ideal
Strong communication skills and team player
Need to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of complex data
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
