As a Finance Manager, Analytics here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to the\nbusiness. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying\ntrends, and providing insights that drive business growth and profitability. With\nyour strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to\ninformed decision-making and help shape the financial success of the\norganization.

You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll\nwork out of our headquarters in Morris Plaines, New Jersey on a hybrid work\nschedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide\ninsights for business growth and profitability
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to\noptimize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive\nfinancial planning and budgeting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company\npolicies
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior\nmanagement
- Partnering with IT and commercial finance to drive best in\nclass finance analytics tools

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis or\nrelated roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with\ncross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
