We are looking for a Finance Manager to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader with a business partner mindset, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenge the status quo. You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business, driving profitable growth and scale through innovation. This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator.
Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and analyze progress towards strategic priorities.
- Controllership of the business. Fortify our core functions, including coordinating, streamlining and executing strategic planning and forecasting processes; automate where it makes sense to do so.
- Define key performance indicators and managing the review and reporting of those KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Develop and lead decision support analytics on new initiatives across businesses and cross-functional teams.
- Lead all short, medium and long term financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with controls and systems, and develop new processes to support the fast-growing business.
