Xylem seeks to hire a high potential, entry level candidate to their Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This candidate will be capable of taking on a future finance leadership role at the Company after a series of rotations through various central finance functions as well as at Xylem businesses over 36 month period. Participants gain broad exposure to critical finance functions and build core capabilities in financial analysis, business partnership, and strategic decision support across a global organization. The Company will provide formal coaching and development opportunities throughout the program. The 2025 FLDP candidates begin in September/ October 2025 and rotate through 3 different roles over the course of the 3 year program. Location: Schaffhausen in Switzerland (Xylem Europe Headquarter) or Montecchio Maggiore (Italy) or Emmaboda (Sweden) **Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:** Responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned rotation within Accounting, FP&A, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, or Operations. Participants will hold full-time analyst responsibilities in each area and contribute to high-impact projects.
