Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr or Lead Financial Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis, with potential for permanent placement. This role will support General and Administrative (G&A) budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects while working directly with the Assistant Vice President (AVP). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent presentation abilities, and advanced Excel proficiency.
ResponsibilitiesLead G&A budgeting and forecasting processes, including headcount planning, travel, consulting spend, and payroll analysis.Partner with the AVP to deliver insights and recommendations on financial performance and operational efficiency.Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for sr leadership.Manipulate and summarize complex data sets to support decision-making.Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.Monitor and report on open positions and associated financial implications.Essential SkillsProven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably at a sr or lead level.Strong understanding of G&A cost structures and headcount management.Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and visualization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Excel pivot tables.Work Environment
The position will report to a manager, with four days spent in the office and Fridays remote. This opportunity allows you to work for a leading company in its industry.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
