**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Improve process of standard costing process + Working with Digital team to improve E-Form + Working with Sourcing to define/update Nonflow material scope + Working with Sourcing to create material costing reviewing process, including existing flow process and new non-flowing process + Assist GIS Financial controller to update Tendering Costing via AC1 setting up + Improve process of manufacturing productivity + Analyze Smartsheet /SAP data / physical status for the labor forecast/actual/trends + Collect the deviation between AH and PH, by product, by nature, provide trends analysis + Collect manufacturing disbursements, and provide trends analysis + Improve hours reporting automation + Follow up on time closing of GIS work orders + Work with COE to implement / develop FPC analysis + Assist in creating financial data dashboards + Create trends analysis for inventory and sales, help identify sales opportunity and improve sales forecast + Assist Opt review and create logic between figures in smartsheet and SAP P&L + Bi-Weekly data reporting on variance, breakdown of all type of COA, assist to identify the factory waste + Bi-weekly follow up actions of obsolete + Others tasks that business required **Qualifications:** + Undergraduate or above ( in progress ), preferred majors: Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data science etc. + Proficient in excel (pivot tables, formulas) etc fundamental data processing capabilities + Familiar with basic financial concepts ( e.g., BS, IS, Accounting Entries) + Learning & Adaptablitiy: quick learner of Financial Analysis tools and company processes, adaptable to fast-paced work environments. + Responsibility & Attention to Detail: Meticulous working style, prioritizes data accuracy, and independently completes basic tasks and timely feedback + Communication & Collaboration: strong teamwork skills; effectively communications needs and progress with cross-department colleagues Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools ( Power BI, Tableau etc) + Knowledge of SAP + Proficient in English, speaking / writing /reading GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
