Who is the Finance Intern (6 months internship period)?

As a Finance Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance team by conducting sales and churn analyses, streamlining existing financial templates, and assisting in the preparation of month-end reports and presentations. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting within a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Churn Analysis

Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growthCalculate and interpret churn rates, providing insights into customer retention and acquisition strategiesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand factors influencing sales performance and customer retention

Financial Template Streamlining

Review and update existing financial templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Implement best practices in financial modeling and reporting.Ensure consistency and standardization across financial documents.

Month-End Reporting & Deck Preparation

Assist in the preparation of month-end close and monthly forecast activitiesDevelop and update financial dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare presentation decks for management meetings, highlighting financial performance and insights.

Any other ad hoc finance tasks as required

Who You Are: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent)Experience with assignments (academic or professional work) that require the use and development of analytical skills, including use of Excel.Competency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle or other SAP systemsAbility to work in a fast paced and growing companyHighly self-motivated, hands-on, positive, result-oriented, a can-do attitude and a team player are essentialIndependent, able to work with all levels in a high matrix organization, high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets, and objectives
