This role involve a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and customer account management.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Daily Bank Statement Processing: Responsible for processing daily bank statements to ensure accurate tracking of transactionsPayment Posting: Accurately post vendor and customer payments to maintain updated financial recordsBank Balance Maintenance: Ensure correct bank balance is maintained on a daily basisCollaboration with Customer-Facing Teams: Communicate with customer-facing teams to allocate unidentified payments from customers effectively.Customer Balance Analysis: Analyze customer balances and extract statements of account for customers as needed.Cash Book Management: Maintain an accurate cash book in Excel, recording all bank transactions.Invoice Posting in ERP: Post invoices in the ERP system, ensuring proper reconciliation between the ERP and Superuser.Credit Top-Up Management: Handle credit top-ups and assist with inquiries from prepaid clients.Execute all delegated and professional tasks related to accounts receivable (AR) operations with diligence and precision.You may be the right person for us if you:
