Summary of Position
The intern will work with the Finance team, supporting cross-functional projects that span across financial tracking, manufacturing planning, and revenue operations. The main responsibility will be to assist in maintaining financial trackers, updating Salesforce with key milestone data, and supporting general finance and accounts receivable processes.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and update batch planning trackers, including Salesforce updates based on revised manufacturing timelines and yields.
Support the management of contract milestones in Salesforce, including entering new items and reviewing the status of optional or on-hold milestones.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (R&D, Stability, AR) to reconcile and track development and stability milestones.
Assist in gathering documentation and preparing calculations for excipient-related AR reporting.
Support general finance operations including SAP data entry, master data maintenance, and document filing.
Provide outreach support for collections and assist with reconciling lab data sources (LIMS, intranet).
