As an Associate in the Finance Home Lending P&A team, you will serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, Functional Finance teams, and other support teams to provide impactful reporting, planning, and insightful analyses. You will produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management, and participate in ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed. You will develop, consolidate, and present qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances. Additionally, you will create, maintain, and review financial models and analyses, conduct "deep dive" analyses on key issues, and collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

(CFA, CPA, MBA a plus)At least 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry
