Híbrido: Esta posición requiere trabajar 3 días en sitio y dos desde casa a tiempo completo
**Responsabilidades:**
Liderar y supervisar equipos de nómina para garantizar un procesamiento oportuno y preciso de la misma, en línea con las regulaciones fiscales y los requisitos de control interno.
- Dirigir implementaciones del sistema de nómina , y garantizar la calidad en cada uno de los procesos
- Construir relaciones estratégicas con otras áreas y colaborar con socios clave para lograr los resultados deseados
- Identificar de manera proactiva la mejora operativa y liderar el cambio
- Gestión de equipos y eliminación de obstáculos en los procesos diarios o implementaciones de sistemas.
- Liderar y completar oportunamente proyectos especiales e iniciativas globales según sea necesario
- Poseer un pensamiento estratégico para la eliminación de brechas y poseer un enfoque orientado a buscar oportunidades para consolidar y mejorar procesos
- Realizar actividades de supervisión y liderazgo relacionadas a nóminas internacionales, garantizando la correcta ejecución y calidad en cada uno de los procesos.

**Habilidades Requeridas:**
**Escolaridad:** Lic. Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o afín.
**Inglés:** Avanzado (Conversacional)
Experiencia en manejo de nómina por lo menos 4 años
Conocimientos en SAP (Módulo de nóminas (RH)
