Get hands-on experience in WBD's Financial Planning & Analysis Department and bring a “fresh eye” to provide leadership insights and meaningful improvements.

Your tasks will vary based on the Team you’re supporting, giving you a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

The Program consists of a 12-week Internship (July - September). For recent graduates, there will be an opportunity to extend the Program for a year with different rotations in FP&A Teams.



Some examples of what you might do include:

Prepare monthly flash reports providing actual results compared to forecast, prior year and budget.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables. This includes creating reports by title, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and explaining differences in cash flow.

Combine different financial reports for the EMEA region to create accurate and timely results. This includes analyzing differences, identifying trends, and sharing these insights with finance leaders, including the EMEA CFO.

Prepare roll-forwards comparing plan results to prior forecast, prior year and budget.

Refresh financial models and help map financial data between different systems.

Participate in company-wide projects i.e. new system implementations and process redesign.


Qualifications & Experience…

You are in the final year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

You have a strong understanding of key accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

You are actively involved in student organizations.

You possess exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

You are proactive, open-minded, motivated, and eager to learn.

You have an analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.

You are fluent in both English and Polish.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
