**About the Job:**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive to join the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Open the store on time and ensure all activities follow Jumeirah’s Quality Management System and operating standards.
+ Maintain stock levels as per approved min/max, set par stocks, and raise purchase requests for below-minimum items.
+ Receive and verify items, store them by category, and issue them based on approved requisitions using the FIFO method.
+ Use the system to post requisitions daily, track unavailable items, and coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for timely deliveries.
+ Conduct daily inventory checks, monitor storage temperatures three times daily, and ensure compliance with expiry date guidelines.
+ Keep the store clean and safe, report urgent needs or slow-moving items to the Store Manager, and follow up on returned items and credit notes.
**About You:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ A University degree (Bachelors degree “Graduation”) or Equivalent in Finance.
+ At least 2-3 years in a similar role
+ Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel
