As a FP&A Coordination you’ll be the Roche focal point responsible for playing a crucial role in anticipating impacts, supporting the decision-making of the leadership team and also ensuring efficient financial operations. This position involves a blend of analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support various financial processes, reporting, and business partnering activities. 

About the Opportunity: 

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial forecasts, budgets, long-range plans and support the FP&A team in analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and explaining variances to budget and forecast.

Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and update financial models and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial analysis.

Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for planning and analysis purposes.

Lead the business planning processes and ensure timely submission of financial information.

Help ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies.

Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities

Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets as well as ensuring financial compliance; ownership of internal controls and interactions with internal and external audit.

Requirements & Experiences: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Advanced Spanish language. 

Solid previous experience in controllership and FP&A Areas.

In-depth accounting principles and financial modeling.

MBA or Master degree is recommended.

Advanced knowledge in excel.

Leadership experience.

Technical and behavioral skills:

Database manipulation capability.

Financial, business analysis & reporting.

Taxes & import costs.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail. 

Protagonism and proactivity.

Sense of urgency and priority.

Leadership and positive attitude

What you Bring

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

Knowledge and expertise of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitor landscape 

Proven leadership experience, with enterprise focus, promoting diverse and inclusive environments, and a focus on the right work for the highest impact.
